The Charm Offensive

For Dev Deshpande, fairy stories have always been real. It follows that he has devoted his professional life to developing them on the enduring reality dating program Ever After. Even if his own love life fails miserably, Dev, the most prosperous producer in the franchise's history, consistently crafts the ideal love tale for his competitors. Charlie Winshaw, a disgraced tech wunderkind, is then cast as the show's lead.

Charlie is far from the romantic Prince Charming Ever After expects. He only consented on the program as a last-ditch attempt to save his reputation since he doesn't think that genuine love exists. He's a stiff, nervous mess in front of the cameras, having no clue how to date twenty women on national television. In private, he's aloof, uncomfortable, and emotionally distant.

During a fast-paced global tour, Dev tries hard to encourage Charlie to connect with the participants, and as they open up to one another, Charlie discovers he has more chemistry with Dev than any of his female co-stars. However, even reality TV has a script, so in order to live happily ever after, they'll need to reevaluate who gets to tell whose love tale.

In this clever and endearing romantic comedy, which is akin to One to Watch and Red, White & Royal Blue, an uncomfortable tech prodigy on a reality dating program goes awry when he develops feelings for his producer.
