This is all for Misty Wilmot. She was once a bright young artist, but now she's stranded on a tourist-ruined island, drinking too much and working as a waiter in a hotel. Despite the fact that her husband, a contractor, is in a coma after a suicide attempt, his customers are still threatening to sue Misty because of a number of offensive remarks they discovered written on the walls of homes he renovated.

But all of a sudden, Misty discovers she has her creative side back and embarks on a phase of obsessive painting. This creative outburst inspires her, but it also leaves her perplexed and soon she becomes a pawn in a wider plot that might claim hundreds of lives.
