Fractured

Abigail Campano, a housewife from Atlanta, enters a nightmare when she returns home unexpectedly one day. What was most distressing was seeing her teenage daughter laying dead on the landing with a guy standing over her with a bloody knife. There was also a smashed window and a bloody footprint on the stairs. Abigail's life is irrevocably changed by the conflict that ensues.

The case is turned over to Special Agent Will Trent of the Criminal Apprehension Team, who is partnered with detective Faith Mitchell, a woman who has been antagonistic toward him since their first meeting, after the local police make a mistake that jeopardizes not only the investigation but also the life of a small girl.

But before it's too late, Will and Faith realize in the oppressive Georgian July heat that they had to team up to track down the vicious assailant who has targeted one of Atlanta's richest, most affluent neighborhoods.
