Hotel Magnifique

Jani had always imagined herself somewhere else. She's committed to a gloomy existence in the coastal town of Durc, where she takes care of her younger sister Zosa, barely making ends meet at her work at a tannery. Until the Hotel Magnifique shows up in the area, that is.

The hotel has become a legend not only for its fantastical charms but also for its capacity for mobility, since it appears in a new location every morning. Even though Jani and Zosa are unable to pay the outrageous rates associated with a guest's stay, they are able to interview to become staff members and are subsequently taken on the experience of a lifetime. Once inside, however, Jani soon learns that their contracts are irreversible and that the hotel is concealing some very terrible secrets behind its magnificent glitz.

Jani sets out on a journey to solve the riddle of the magic at the hotel's core and save Zosa and the other staff members from the brutality of the merciless maître d'hôtel, with the alluringly attractive doorman Bel serving as her lone friend. She will have to give up all she holds dear in order to succeed, yet failing would mean something far worse than never coming home.
