Immortal Longings

The palace in the capital twin towns of Talin, San-Er, welcomes thousands of people each year to see a series of games. Competitors throughout San-Er battle to the death to gain unfathomable riches, for those brave enough to leap between corpses.

Calla Tuoleimi, the princess, is hiding. Her parents were slaughtered in a bloodbath five years ago, leaving Er's castle vacant.and it was she that carried it out. She intends to complete the task and overthrow the kingdom before King Kasa's soldiers in San are able to capture her. She finally has the chance to murder her reclusive uncle, who usually welcomes the game winner, if she wins.

Enter the banished aristocrat Anton Makusa. Since they were both expelled from the palace, his childhood sweetheart has been in a coma, and he has incurred enormous debt in an attempt to keep her alive. Fortunately, he can leap higher than most people in the kingdom, effortlessly switching between several bodies. He has one more opportunity to save her if he plays and wins.

Calla receives support from August, King Kasa's adoptive son, who wishes to heal Talin's ailments, as well as an unexpected partnership with Anton. Even if Calla and Anton's relationship is becoming more and more intense, the three of them have quite different objectives. Calla has to choose between playing for her kingdom and her lover before the games end.
