Labyrinth

A volunteer at an archeological excavation in the Pyrenees foothills near Carcassonne, Alice, wanders into a cave and discovers two decaying skeletons, weird writing on the walls, and the layout of a labyrinth. Eight hundred years ago, a young lady called Alais receives a ring and a mystery book from her father to be kept safe on the eve of a bloody crusade that would tear apart southern France. He claims that the ring, which is engraved with a labyrinth, will reveal the identity of a Grail guardian, and that the book holds the key to finding the real Grail. It will now need a great sacrifice to keep the labyrinth's secret hidden as militant troops assemble outside Carcassonne's city walls.
