Lucky Man

Michael J. Fox startled everyone when he revealed in September 1998 that he had been given a Parkinson's disease diagnosis, a degenerative neurological disorder. He had really been battling it covertly for seven years. The reaction on a global scale was astounding. Luckily, he had come to terms with the diagnosis, and by the time the world began to mourn him, he had ceased mourning.
