Martin the Warrior

As part of his plan to establish an empire where he would reign as an unquestioning dictator, a stoat by the name of Badrang is holding hundreds of innocent animals as slaves in a chilly stone stronghold on the edge of the Eastern Sea. Martin, a mouse with a warrior's heart and a fierce longing for freedom—freedom for all of Badrang's victims as well as for himself—is one of those slaves. To put an end to the stoat's evil rule and, in the process, retrieve his father Luke the Warrior's sword—which Badrang took from him when he was a little boy—he is willing to take any danger and engage in any combat.
