One evening at their preferred after-hours hangout, Mr. Perfect, Jaine Bright and her three buddies are discussing this wonderfully risqué subject. Would he be black, tall, and good-looking? Warm-hearted and kind, or will muscle suffice? As their chat becomes hotter, they create a lighthearted checklist that goes viral the next day, catching on at work and scorching across email chains. But what began as a joke among friends turns deadly serious when one of the four women is murdered....In order to rescue her friends and herself, Jaine turns to her neighbor, an erratic police investigator, for assistance. She has to expose a murderer. As the fantasy of Mr. Perfect turns into a terrifying nightmare, it is now a question of surviving and figuring out who to love and who to trust.
