Saving Francesca

The majority of my friends now attend Pius Senior College, but my mother won't let me because she feels that the ladies there have few possibilities after they graduate, and she didn't raise me with restrictions. Given that my mother is the Queen of Limitation Placers in my life, you will see the irony in that statement if you know her.

Francesca is often at odds with her mother Mia over what's best for her. Francesca just wants to go back to her former school and her old classmates, but Mia sends her to St. Sebastian's, an all-boys school that has recently started accepting female students. There are now hundreds of lads all around Francesca, and she is alone with a handful of other females. They're all weirdos, or worse.

Eventually, Mia becomes too despondent to get out of bed one day. After a day goes into months and her family starts to disintegrate, Francesca realizes she hardly knows herself without her mother's positive energy. However, she is unaware that she has more traits with Mia than she realizes. She may be able to rescue herself, her friends, and her family with a little improbable assistance from St. Sebastian's.
