Callan Lyons is an experiment with genetics. One of six battling for their Pride's existence and independence. The reporter, Merinus Tyler, will entice and entice him until the rage of the "mating frenzy" locks them into an unwinnable fight of sexual heat.

Blood, deceit, and the malicious Genetics Council are following closely after them. Callan will do all in his ability to retain his girlfriend while using all of his powers to attempt to rescue them both.
