Go elsewhere if you're searching for a tale about happy kids having a good time in boarding school. Given their intelligence and resourcefulness, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire should perform very well in school. Avoid. School proves to be just another terrible chapter in the Baudelaires' unfortunate life.
Actually, the kids will encounter snapping crabs, severe penalties, dripping fungus, thorough examinations, violin recitals, S.O.R.E., and the metric system in the chapters that comprise this horrible tale.
I could spend all night researching and documenting the history of these three unfortunate kids, but I think it would be better for you to have a decent night's sleep. Then, you need to really choose out a different book.
