Overworked investigator Mark Fallon is looking into a series of assaults at prestigious nightclubs in the city center. Dejected at twenty-four, Scott works for his brother to augment his little income from a small-scale drug trafficking business. Raised by her father, a career criminal and occasional drug dealer who provides Scott with cannabis, Angela, 23, is a beautiful woman.
