The Last Correspondent

Journalist Ella Franks loses her job after it is revealed that she is a woman writing under a male pseudonym. She has risked all to write, though, and she won't stay quiet. She seizes the opportunity to work as a correspondent in war-torn France.

Fierce American photojournalist Danni Bradford is already well-established in the overwhelmingly male field of combat reporting. She is determined to report on the events taking place in Normandy with the help of Andy, her best friend and boyfriend. In addition, to find out where Andy's flittish sister, Chloe, a model for Vogue, is—she followed a boyfriend into the French Resistance.
