The Legend of Luke

Accompanied by Trimp the Hedgehog, Dinny Foremole, and the ever-sly Prince of Mousethieves, Gonff, Martin sets off on a treacherous expedition to the northern shore, the place where his father, Luke, abandoned him when he was a little boy. There, underneath the wreckage of a massive red ship, he eventually finds what he has been looking for: the tale of Vilu Deskar, the terrible pirate stoat, and the brave warrior who followed him tenaciously across the vast ocean, determined to slay Vilu at all costs, even if it meant forsaking his only son. Throughout Redwall's history, there is a magnificent legend about Luke and his son Martin.
