Good girls don't say anything. Silent girls will eventually speak up.

Alex finds his new bride asking a lot of questions, her wedding ring on the desk, and an empty wine glass in the sink when he gets to Provincetown to try and make amends. The cops think that Alex's marriage ended before it started since his wife just up and went. However, Alex discovers something in their deserted home that leads him to believe otherwise:

His spouse has always kept something hidden. And she's vanished now.

Alex meets Layla, a young woman with information to offer who might hold the answer to all his wife has concealed, while searching for the truth. A girl whose memories of her own past are vague at best. A peculiar, reserved girl whose past could shatter them all.

Alex has to confront what Layla has forgotten in order to find his wife. And those are not at all peaceful effects.
