The release date for the English version of 'The Recruit' by Robert Muchamore is Aug 2005. If you enjoy this novel, it is available for buy as a paperback from Barnes & Noble or Indigo, as an ebook on the Amazon Kindle store, or as an audiobook on Audible.

All CHERUB agents are under the age of seventeen, very talented, and well-trained. These agents don't exist in official records. Without the use of technology or firearms, they are sent on missions to spy on terrorists, break into sensitive papers, and get intelligence on international dangers. Despite the extreme dangers of their work, these spies have one very important benefit: adults are unaware that teenagers are watching them.

James is the newest member of CHERUB. Although he may be a bit of a problem, he is intelligent. Plus, CHERUB needs him. James is at a loss for what to do, but he has no choice. Even the hardest recruits don't make it through the 100 demanding days of basic training before he may begin serving in the field.
