Two Can Keep a Secret

America's little town is Echo Ridge. Ellery has heard all about it but has never been there. There, at the age of seventeen, her aunt vanished. Additionally, the community gained notoriety just five years ago when a homecoming queen was assassinated. Ellery is now forced to go there to live with a grandma she hardly knows.

Although the village seems idyllic, there are mysteries hidden somewhere. And someone has declared open season on homecoming, vowing to make it just as deadly as it was five years ago, even before Ellery's school year even starts. Then another female disappears, almost as if to confirm it.

Ellery is somewhat familiar with secrets. Her grandma and mother both possess them. And the more time she spends at Echo Ridge, the more obvious it is that nobody there is telling the truth.
