Woke Up Like This

It's seventeen going on thirty—overnight—for two seniors in high school in this enchanted romantic comedy about maturing too quickly and savoring the present. The last item on ultra-organized Charlotte Wu's high school bucket list is organizing the ideal prom. Everything is going well so far, but then Charlotte has a decorating mishap that causes her to crash down from a ladder and go face-first on her loudly torn archenemy J. T. Renner. Lesser? At thirty years old, Charlotte awakens to find herself in a strange bed with her bearded fiancé, Renner. They've either gone insane or been thrown into maturity abruptly, stuck in the thirty-year-old bodies of their future selves for all time. Charlotte and Renner learn all that has changed in the time they have missed, with each other serving as their one constant. Charlotte discovers that Renner is more than just an aggravating jock, and that what occurs in between is just as important as hitting the next goal. In order to return to seventeen, Charlotte and Renner will stop at nothing to navigate a confusing new normal and a series of escapades. But what happens if and when they do?
